This is the first of three videos that I have created to help clients and potential clients to understand clearly how strategy, culture and brand must interact to deliver optimum organisational performance. They focus on defining the three areas, the order in which they should be developed and the influence they have on each other. They describe some of the fundamental misunderstandings that people have about culture and strategy and in particular the key role that culture plays in delivering strategic performance.
