One of my most powerful observations over the two days we were together was how inclined we are to give people the answer, even when we know it's rarely the right thing for them or us.
As I reflected on this, it reminded me of one of my favourite videos. Even if you have watched this before, please watch it again and work out how you can do even more to give control and create more leaders.
